Description :
- This transformer is a 60 kVA, 3-phase, dry type, natural or air-cooled distribution transformer engineered for railway coach for LHB Type AC EOG coaches/ power car/ pantry car/ power car of Indian Railways.
- It steps down 750V AC supply from the power cars to the 415V/190V AC needed for coach power supply.
- The design follows the Research Designs and Standards Organization (RDSO) specification.
- RDSO/PE/SPEC/AC/0080-2007(Rev.2) is the governing specification.
