SMT Section
Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) machines automatically place and solder electronic components onto PCBs with speed and precision. They enable compact designs, consistent quality, and high-volume electronics production. SMT machines support a wide range of component types and sizes, making them ideal for complex circuit assemblies. They also reduce manual labor, improve production efficiency, and enhance overall manufacturing reliability.

Vitronics Soltec Reflow Oven
Equipped with multi-zone thermal profiling for accurate SMD soldering. Provides uniform heat distribution to minimize defects and voids. Supports high-volume PCB assembly with stable process control.
Solder Paste Printer
The solder paste printer applies precise paste onto PCB pads, ensuring accurate component placement and reliable soldering for consistent quality. It uses a stencil for uniform application and plays a critical role in high-volume PCB manufacturing.

Yamaha YS12F Pick & Place Machine
Advanced SMT system for high-speed and precise component mounting. Supports fine-pitch devices, small chips, and complex PCB layouts. Ensures accuracy, flexibility, and efficiency in electronic assembly.
Automated Optical Inspection Machine
An AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) machine is used in electronics manufacturing to inspect PCBs after assembly. Using high-resolution cameras and image processing, it compares boards with a reference model to detect defects such as missing parts, misplacements, soldering issues, and polarity errors. With 2D or 3D imaging, AOI ensures higher accuracy, quality, and production efficiency.
