Transformer Section

Transformers for railway and industrial electronics are carefully built and tested. The process starts with preparing the magnetic core, followed by winding high-quality copper or aluminum conductors with precise control. Each coil is insulated, impregnated, and varnished to improve thermal and electrical strength. After that, the core is assembled with laminations and secured with proper clamping. Final connections are made with strong lead terminations. Every transformer then goes through detailed testing including turns ratio, insulation resistance, high-voltage withstand, and load performance to ensure it can handle the heavy demands of railway applications.
